Se trata de la difusión de vídeos de dos minutos que recrean los abusos que las personas trans, lesbianas y homosexuales han recibido. Según explicó Rodríguez, algunos toman como base denuncias que su organización ha recibido.

Rodríguez explicó que a la par, el objetivo es diseñar veedurías y desarrollar «cambios estructurales en el país». Los temas principales son la educación, salud y empleo.

En los videoclips se denuncia la existencia de clínicas clandestinas que ofrecen «sanar» la homosexualidad de una persona, mediante torturas.

Por otro lado, la Asociación Silueta X también persigue ampliar el acceso a servicios médicos. Uno de ellos es el tratamiento de hormonas, para que por ejemplo en el organismo de una mujer trans puedan disminuirse las hormonas femeninas y aumentarse las masculinas. Otros temas de salud que interesan a este colectivo son la prevención, acceso a tratamientos y educación sobre el Virus de la Inmunodeficiencia Adquirida (VIH) y su posterior enfermedad.
